I’m not sure when someone last updated this, but it’s way off. For instance, I’m not offering a $25 Amazon cert this time, but it still is showing. Please be sure that this is removed.

  15. Morphidaeon 16 Oct 2009 at 8:08 am 15

Ugh, nevermind. I thought this was the updated list for October. Mea culpa!

  16. WordLilyon 16 Oct 2009 at 8:08 am 16

This page hasn’t been updated since the April read-a-thon. At this point, it’s just here as an example of what has been done in the past — it says at the top it’s a list of prizes for the April 2009 read-a-thon. That’ll change when the October prizes are listed. :)

  17. Wendyon 20 Oct 2009 at 11:29 am 17

I am planning to donate a hardcover (almost new) edition of The Double Bind by Chris Bohjalian (along with a cool bookmark) to the winner of my mini-challenge…I don’t know if you need to list it here since it will be listed on my site and I’ll be drawing a name from Mr. Linky there as well :)

  18. wordlilyon 20 Oct 2009 at 11:34 am 18

Ah. One of the things this page is missing is all of the prizes specifically donated in conjunction with their donor’s mini-challenge. Traditionally we have included them here, but I don’t have that info at this time. Hopefully in the next couple days.

  19. Kimon 20 Oct 2009 at 6:02 pm 19

Not sure if my email is one you haven’t gotten through–but I am giving a novelty bookmark away also.

  20. Andion 22 Oct 2009 at 10:21 am 20

Wow! What a fantastic, generous list. Thanks to all the contributors!

  21. [...] be post throughout the day including a home base post and mini-challenges as well.  And of course, prizes! You can also follow along on twitter, look for the #readathon [...]

  22. [...] Those who can answer at least 20 correctly will be entered into a drawing. The winner will be able to choose 3 books from the Readathon Prize List. [...]

  23. Kate- Midnight Book Girlon 08 Apr 2010 at 8:47 am 23

I’m a little confused since all the comments are back from October, but I must say what and awesome, impressive list this is! I would do read-a-thon without the prizes, because I love the challenges and the camaraderie, but I must admit I love the chance of winning! Thank you all so much for the donations, it’s like Christmas for readers!

  24. [...] This challenge will be open for 3 hours. At the end I’ll use random.org to pick a winner. And what are you playing for? The winner will be able to choose either 2 books or 1 of the 2 book prize packs from the read-a-thon prize list. [...]
