  1. I’ve got a stack of Christmas books I’m going to tuck into. AH! I can’t wait. It is the perfect fall cold and rainy day in Scotland and I have the whole house cleaned and ready to go. I’m making the hubs go out for snacks. ;)

  2. i’m going to read along but not sign up this time. last time i was so frustrated as i’d just get reading and there would be another interruption! i guess i just don’t get it, as usual:how can one read for 24 hours while simultaneously posting and monitoring? i’ll just read, thanks. :) finishing up black dahlia, possibly treat myself to the new helprin, but i do have several titles already before me on the kindle…

  3. I really hope that I’m not too late to join. =S I really hope I’m still able to be cheered on. If not oh well. I’ll still try to read along with everyone.

  4. AMEN! And welcome Heather! I am excited to be here and looking forward to holding my eyes open later lol. LOVE the picture you posted for the RAT, beautiful representation of what we do here! :)

Hello fellow readers! I’ll try to comment on a few blogs for moral support, please feel free to comment on mine as well! In those late hours, I rely on comments to keep me going!

    Much love <3

  5. Finished George RR Martin’s A Feast for Crows, starting A Dance with Dragons, from my bed with a very large cup of coffee =)

  6. Cannot believe I only just stumbled across the readathon at 6pm London time and have only just got home to begin my time! Might have to make up some time!

  7. Hiya readers! Only just now discovered this event, via Twitter. Congratulations on trending worldwide.
I am a Palestinian in Palestine, where the Read-A-Thon started at 2pm, so I’m 10 hours late! But I’m going to try & salvage as many reading hours as possible.
I would like to say I’m VERY happy you allow audiobooks – that sold it to me! Because I can listen on the move. Cooking, cleaning, working, life.
I’ll be ready well before time come April, looking forward to it.

  8. I’ll have handed in my BIG GIANT paper earlier in the week, and cannot wait to do the fun kind of staying up all night and reading all the things!
