Hour 23 – Joke of the Hour

This is Kate from Kate’s Book Nook and I will be your cohost for the rest of the readathon! Did Hank miss any good jokes? Do you have a joke you would like to share? If so, post it below! I know I could always use a good laugh!

Random Fact of the Hour:

 The benefits of Laughter:

1. Laughing 100 times roughly equals 15 minutes on an exercise bike? So next time you don’t feel like going to the gym, laugh for a while.

2. Aside from improving our moods, laughter can reduce stress, help fight infection, and reduce pain.

3. Laughter causes positive changes in brain chemistry by releasing endorphins, and it brings more oxygen into the body with the deeper inhalations.

4. Laughter releases anger, fear, guilt, anxiety and tension.
