Hour 5

Apr 10th 2010readathon

Well…how are you doing??

I am Kim and your co-host for the next shift.
It is 9:00 AM here in the Pacific time zone, and my co-reader, Sam, and I are just plowing along.
( I am on my 3rd cup of coffee.)

This hour we have a lot going on, so hang on to your hats!

    Currently reading my second e-book now. It’s an hour to midnight here in Indonesia. I am used to sleep late, but I still don’t know about tonight ;)

    Still on book 1, but I’ve read a total of 80 pages, so it’s slowly getting there (not as good as other people, but it’s an effort nonetheless)

    I’m on coffee #2, so let’s kick this party into the next gear!

    I love the Feed Me Seymore Challenge! Luckily, my daughter and I are reading all about food…mine is pretty yummy (blueberry pancakes) and hers is about gruel!

    I’m taking a break for a little bit to see what’s going on with the challenges, to see who’s reading what!

    I just finished Susan Wittig Albert’s “Holly Blues”. It was fantastic! Love her China Bayles mysteries! After this little break, I’m going to begin Randy Sue Meyer’s book, “The Murderer’s Daughters.”

    And I had Mary stop by to wish me luck in my reading – that was sweet!

    Almost finished with my second book. Had to stop to put some laundry in the dryer and get some more popcorn.

    I don’t find myself stopping much for the challenges, but I’m having a great time.

    I managed to take a break after my 2nd book..before my eyes pop out :)

    Now, am all set to start again.. A cup of hot tea could do wonders and obviously am back home in the comforts of my couch !!!
